Yes you can! You will receive tracking info via text or email once the item has been dispatched.
Swegways can need recalibrating from time to time. This is very easy to do and solves 9/10 problems.
1) Put the swegway on charge for 2 hours and make sure its fully charged.
2) Turn off the swegway and make sure both sides of the boards are level.
3) Hold down the power button for 15 seconds, the led lights should start to flash in sequence, let them do this for 30 seconds.
4) Turn off the board.
5) Turn your board back on and your swegway should be good as new!

If you are unhappy with your product, you have 14 days to return the item. The Item must be undamaged and returned in its original condition, packaging, with its charger and booklet. There will be a £30 administration charge for collecting the swegway.
Yes, upon completion of your order you will automatically receive an invoice to the email address you provided at checkout.

We currently take payment via Barclays secure payment processor, which you can pay using a credit or debit card.
